Summary
- Your invoices, clients, logo and settings are stored in your browser (localStorage). We do not upload them.
- When you use Paste notes → invoice, the text you paste is sent to our server and to an AI model provider only to extract invoice fields. We do not keep that text after answering.
- We create an anonymous account ID to remember your plan and count daily AI uses. If you add an email to restore Pro on other devices, we store that email.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. We receive your subscription status, never your card details.
- We collect basic usage events (for example "app opened", "paywall viewed", errors) with a random device ID. Events never contain invoice contents.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare (hosting, database, email), OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to (restricted to zero-data-retention providers), Paddle.com (payments, invoices and refunds as our reseller and Merchant of Record) and Tinybird (analytics). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists. Daily usage counters and analytics events are kept only as long as needed to run and improve the service. Pasted AI text is not stored.
Your choices
Settings → Delete all my data removes everything stored in this browser and deletes your account on our server. Deleting your data does not cancel a paid subscription — cancel it first in Settings → Manage subscription.

1. The service
InvoiceSnap helps you write invoices, quotes and statements and save them as PDF. You are responsible for the accuracy of every document you send.
2. Free and Pro
Free: unlimited manual invoices and PDF downloads with a small footer watermark, 3 AI fills per day, and your 3 most recent invoices in history. Pro: no watermark, 50 AI fills per day (fair use), full history, image logo, accent colour and saved clients & items.
3. Prices, trial, renewal and cancellation
Pro Yearly costs $29.99 per year and starts with a 7-day free trial. Pro Monthly costs $4.99 per month without a trial. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings → Manage subscription; if you cancel during the trial you are not charged, and after that Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
4. Payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices may include tax as shown at checkout. To ask for a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or paddle.net; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

5. Not tax or legal advice
Tax, VAT and withholding figures are convenience calculations. InvoiceSnap documents are not statutory tax invoices. 한국에서 법정 (전자)세금계산서는 홈택스 등을 통해서만 발행되며, 이 서비스로 만든 청구서·견적서·거래명세서는 세금계산서가 아닙니다. AI suggestions can be wrong — check every field before sending.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use InvoiceSnap for fraud, fake documents or anything unlawful, and do not try to break or overload the service.
7. Your content
Your invoices stay yours and stay in your browser. Text you send to the AI feature is processed only to produce your result.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for errors in documents you create.
